The latest development from SAMP, Powerpack TM Extruder Drives are universally applicable to your extrusion machinery, giving your production the ultimate in punch and constant power output.
Sampingranaggi PowerpacksTM come in 4 different sizes depending on your requirements. The fully integrated packages is fitted with highly efficient torque servo motors. The largest powerpackTM version provides unmatched performance from 30.000 up to 60.000 Nm. Further units are under development.
The special feature of the PowerpackTM drives is the completely integrated motor-speed reducer combination. The innovative design reduces the dimensions of the drive significantly, freeing up space for cleaning operations of the hopper. The motor axis itself is the first reduction step reducing the number of joints within the drive, so belts or other wear parts are not existing. Furthermore the water-cooled motor does not even require special filters or ventilators. All these features result in less maintenance and consequently in less running costs, bringing your total cost of ownership (TCO) down to a minimum.
Sampingranaggi speed reducer drives are fitted with high quality gears, made inhouse on latest machinery, tested and checked for tightest tolerances. Our compact PowerpacksTM are easily integrated in single- or double screw extruders for the extrusion of all kinds of plastics like cables, film and profiles.
